General School Rules

• A student should carry his/her Almanac to school every day. It must have his/her photograph with complete information duly signed by Parent/Guardian.
• Students should reach the school 5 minutes before bell timing 8.40 am.
• In case the child is being picked up by a person other than the parent/nominee, a written permission must be taken from the school authority.
• Students who come to school in the care of helpers should never leave before the helper arrives. Helpers must carry ID cards. The loss of an I-card must be reported to the school immediately. In case of any delay, they should report to the school office.
• Students should refrain from carrying valuable items to school. Although every care will be taken of student’s property, the school will not be responsible for any theft or loss of the same.
• The school management reserves the right to suspend/expel students whose conduct is harmful to other students or to the school.
• Once a child has come to the school, he/she should not be asked to come home on half-day leave or leave for any period. In case of any emergency, the Parent/Guardian may collect the child from the school personally, No permission slip will be issued from grade 1 onwards.
• Students should get the notes, circulars signed by their Parent/Guardian and return them to the class teachers. Note that the books, notebooks, bags, Lunch Bag, sweater and cap, etc should bear the name and class of the student.
• Intimate any change of residential address and telephone numbers to the school authorities.
 

LUNCH MENU

Children are allowed to bring Puri, Rice, Paratha,Chapattis,IdIi,Vegetables,Rice pulao, Dosa, Vada or any form of vegetarian food along with seasonal green vegetables. Children are strictly advised not to bring noodle and junk foods.
Apart from this you can send an additional container with things as follows for snacks:
 
• Dry fruits, fresh fruits, nuts, sprouts, salad etc. Kindly bear in mind not to over- stuff the lunch box or send junk food like wafers, chips, salted namkeen, or soda- based soft drinks.
We strictly advise not to carry any non- vegetarian food into the school campus and during school related functions.
• We advice every child to use napkins & spoons while having their lunch.
 

SCHOOL UNIFORM RULES

Uniform gives an exclusive identity to students and promotes a feeling of unity and discipline among students.
• Students must wear their uniforms with pride and ensure that they look neat and presentable at all times.
• I-Cards are an integral part of school’s uniform.
• A student must wear neat and tidy school uniform on all the school days.
• Uniform should be in proper size, fitting and should be well ironed.
• Boys should have their shirts buttoned up and well tucked in. Also, boys are not allowed to wear baggy pants and shorts.
Students have to maintain the decorum on educational tours organized during school hours.
• Students should have clean, combed and trimmed hair.
• Students should maintain proper personal hygiene & cleanliness. They should cut nails at regular intervals to ensure safely against diseases.
Only the socks, shoes & belt prescribed by the school are allowed. Any other brand will not be acceptable.
 
 

School Transport Rules

• Students using the school transport must maintain proper discipline or else the transport facility would be withdrawn with immediate effect.
• Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school by ensuring that their children travelling by school transport report to their allocated stops well in time.
• Students are to get on or off the transport only when it has fully stopped.
• Students are to say seated and ensure that noise levels during travel time is kept low so as to avoid disturbing the driver.
• Students must make sure that the aisle of the bus is clear, and that school bags and other belongings are placed properly.
• Students must keep all parts of their body inside the bus at all times. They should not put their hands out even for waving.
• No objects should be thrown inside or outside the bus.
• The consumption of edibles and drinks is not permitted in the school transport.
• Respect for the bus and its staff will be highly appreciated
